Prof. Jeremy Lim, MBBS, MRCSEd, MMed (Surg), MPH, FAMS

Founding President, Precision Public Health Asia

Prof. Jeremy Lim, MBBS, MRCSEd, MMed (Surg), MPH, FAMS, is the co-founder and CEO of AMiLi, Southeast Asia's pioneering gut microbiome company. As Director of the Leadership Institute for Global Health Transformation (LIGHT) at NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, he fosters cooperation and knowledge sharing across the region. Trained in surgery and public health, Jeremy holds memberships in prestigious medical institutions and attained postgraduate degrees from NUS and Johns Hopkins as a Fulbright scholar. A technology advocate for health equity, he advises numerous health tech companies globally and serves on boards such as HealthServe and Dover Park Hospice. Formerly a senior official in Singapore's Ministry of Health, Jeremy was a founding partner of Oliver Wyman’s Asia health and life sciences practice (2013).

Dr. Aileen Espina, MD, MPH, FPAFP

Senior Public Health Consultant, 101 Health Research

Dr. Aileen Espina, MD, MPH, FPAFP specializes in Family Medicine and received her MS in Public Health from the UP Open University. She was the Chief of Medical Professional Staff for the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center, the last standing hospital after Typhoon Yolanda. She was also the chief architect of EVRMC's Build Back Better initiative.


Doc Aileen serves as a consultant to several international organizations, including CARE International and the World Health Organization, for disaster medicine and is globally recognized as an expert on patient centered, family focused, and community-oriented approach to care. She currently sits as Honorary Secretary of the Asia-Pacific Regional Council of the World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA) and the Past Chair of the WONCA Working Party for Women in Family Medicine.

Aian L. Rosales, MSDS

Chief Operating Officer, 101 Health Research

Aian Rosales is the Chief Operations Officer at 101 Health Research, leading the company's Operations and Data Science. Aian brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in Banking and Insurance sectors. He obtained his Masters Degree in Data Science from the Asian Institute of Management.  His expertise include Big Data, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. He believes that the best way forward in delivering efficient healthcare is by implementing data-driven solutions. This can only be achieved by good data management, innovations leveraging data science, and subject matter expertise.

With a Master's degree in Data Science, his proficiency in statistical modeling and data-driven insights has propelled innovative solutions across various industries. Shehab's passion for leveraging data to drive informed decision-making underscores his commitment to advancing technological frontiers and addressing complex challenges in today's data-driven world.

Dr. Venus Oliva Cloma-Rosales, MD, MPH

Founder, 101 Health Research

Dr. Venus Oliva Cloma-Rosales, MD, MPH, founder of 101 Health Research, leads a distinguished career in health research, specializing in clinical and public health research, biostatistics, and health data science. With over a decade of expertise, her firm drives cutting-edge research design and data analysis, including a DOST-funded AI project for HERDIN, the Philippines' health research library. Dr. Cloma-Rosales's leadership has established 101 Health Research as a trusted partner for national health institutions. Her academic background includes degrees from prestigious institutions. Her vision for a data-driven healthcare system in the Philippines propels 101 Health Research into its 10th anniversary, inviting professionals to shape the future of healthcare.

Prof. Minerva Calimag, MD, FPBA, MSc, PhD

President, Philippine Medical Association

Dr. Maria Minerva Patawaran-Calimag, M.D., M.Sc., Ph.D., a distinguished figure in medicine, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UST College of Science and pursued Anesthesiology at the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. Her postdoctoral degrees include a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Management, Summa Cum Laude. She held prominent positions in medical associations and received prestigious awards, notably the Most Outstanding Professional in Medicine (2012) and the Most Outstanding Mother Award (2022). Her exemplary journey reflects a commitment to excellence, leadership, and lifelong learning, inspiring peers and aspiring professionals alike.

Prof. Cecilia Maramba-Lazarte, MD, MScID, MScCT

President, Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors

Prof. Cecilia Maramba-Lazarte, MD, MScID, MScCT, serves as the Director of the Institute of Herbal Medicine at the National Institutes of Health, University of the Philippines. A distinguished Pharmacology professor, she educates medical, nursing, dental, and graduate students on antimicrobial pharmacology and herbal medicine. Prof. Maramba holds cross-appointments as a Clinical Professor in Infectious and Tropical Diseases and leads the Philippine Association of Medical Journal Editors. Former editor-in-chief of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society of the Philippines, her research spans herbal medicine drug development, antimicrobials, infectious diseases, and Bioequivalence Studies. With degrees from top institutions, she advocates for integrating Philippine Herbal Medicines into the healthcare system, fostering economic growth.

Prof. Jose Florencio Lapeña, AB (Hons), MA, MD, FPCS, FPSOHNS, FPAHNS

Secretary, World Association of Medical Editors

Dr. Jose Florencio F. Lapeña, Jr., AB (Hons), MA, MD, FPCS, FPSOHNS, FPAHNS, is a distinguished Clinical Professor and former Vice Chancellor at UP Manila. Renowned for pediatric otorhinolaryngology, he's Editor-in-Chief of Philipp J Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg and past President of the Asia-Pacific Association of Medical Editors. His prolific career includes winning Publons awards for exceptional peer review and authoring "Effective Medical Writing: The Write Way to Get Published." He's received accolades from the Philippine Medical Association and the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Lapeña's legacy extends beyond medicine; he's happily married with three accomplished daughters and two grandchildren.

Dr. Vivien Fe F. Fadrilan-Camacho, MD, MPH, FPAFP, a cum laude graduate of BS Public Health from UP Manila, excelled in her medical studies at PLM. She completed her residency at UP-PGH and earned an MPH with a focus on Environmental and Occupational Health from NUS. Currently an Associate Professor and Director of International and Local Linkages at UP Manila, Dr. Camacho's expertise extends to consultancy and research roles with organizations like DOH, WHO, and ILO, focusing on occupational health and safety. She played a crucial role in developing COVID-19 prevention guidelines and is engaged in research on occupational health hazards and non-communicable diseases in workplaces. Dr. Vivien Fe F. Fadrilan-Camacho's dedication underscores her commitment to improving health outcomes in the Philippines and beyond.

Prof. Pacifico Eric Eusebio Calderon, MD, MBEth, MEd

Bioethicist, 101 Health Research

Dr. Pacifico Eric Eusebio Calderon, a Filipino physician, leads Clinical Ethics Services at St. Luke’s Medical Center and chairs the Department of Professionalism, Medical Ethics, and Humanities at St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine. He earned degrees from the University of Santo Tomas and studied medical ethics at The University of Sydney and education at Monash University. His contributions include national impact through advisory roles, resource development in professionalism and ethics education, and thought leadership in Philippine bioethics.

Dr. Maria Christine Joy Tanteo, MD, DPPS

Clinical Researcher, 101 Health Research

Dr. Maria Christine Joy B. Tanteo, an esteemed professional in public health and pediatric medicine, earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of the Philippines Manila, laying the groundwork for her dedication to community well-being. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, followed by a Pediatric Residency at Makati Medical Center, where she was appointed Pediatric Chief Resident, showcasing her exceptional skills and leadership. Dr. Tanteo has pioneered groundbreaking initiatives like Batang 1000 First 1000 Days of Life in Quezon City, emphasizing holistic child development through multisectoral collaboration. As a Pediatrician in Cavite and Clinical Researcher at 101 Health Research, she exemplifies dedication to advancing pediatric healthcare and medical research, epitomizing a commitment to public health and quality care.
