Use of Personal Information

The collected personal information is used solely for documentation and processing purposes within 101 Health Research and is not shared with any outside parties. It enables us to properly address your queries, forward them to appropriate internal units for action and response, and provide you with appropriate updates and services in an orderly and timely manner.


Use of Information from Datasets

As a health research firm that conducts research and performs statistical analysis, we collect health information, and we are frequently entrusted with the datasets from our clients. These datasets will never be used by, nor sold to, third-party users without the permission of the owners of the datasets. We are fully committed to protecting the individual information of all data subjects, whether from our own research or the research projects of our clients.

We do not use cookies nor any third-party service to analyze web traffic data.


Protection Measures

Only authorized 101 Health Research personnel have access to this personal information and datasets, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. They will be stored in a database for five years (after queries are acted upon) after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized.
